Thanks all, O.B. and Mike O.

I know I shift because, for myself only, Top is at/near turned shoulder plane and impact is at/near elbow plane. I do want to retain those alignments for practical reasons. I have the feel that my shift is more continuous than a sharp angle. I think I have a geometric explanation. Axis tilt. "turns" the axis of the shoulder plane and adds a cross plane appearance that is automatic shift. ie. looking down the line, a down-plane delivery is no shift if the axis is not tilted but the tilt will produce an apparent eliptical delivery path. ( Hogan's tilted plane ??) Or exactly as O.B. video shows- depending on your perspective.

Please NOTE that At this point I am saying this is what I do and how I see it-
