in the free section vids, the finish swivel video. the swivel is labeled the swingers swivel.


is there a different swivel for the hitter......if so please explain or give examples please.

I ask cause I think I might be a hitter.

The Finish Swivel -- the bridge from the Follow-Through (Both Arms Straight position) to the Finish -- is identical for Swingers and Hitters: The Wrists rotate back to Plane -- no more, no less -- and typically, the Left Wrist re-Cocks.
