Is my understanding the Magic of the Right Forearm kerrect?


Re-re-research makes me think that the “Magic of the Right Forearm” has two distinct procedures.



Hitting Procedure:

1. Bending and Straightening the Right Elbow will RAISE AND LOWER the Left Arm and COCK AND UNCOCK the Left Wrist without Bending, Flattening or Cocking the Right Wrist.
2. And, the Right Elbow Action both powers and controls all three elements of Three Dimensional Impact.
3. Hitters use Single Wrist Action and Extensor Action Take-Away to acquire these Alignments and Actions.

Swinging Procedure:

1. Bending and Straightening the Right Elbow will COCK AND UNCOCK the Left Wrist without Bending, Flattening or Cocking the Right Wrist.
2. And, the Right Elbow controls all three elements of Three Dimensional Impact.
3. Swingers use Standard Wrist Action and Extensor Action Take-Away to acquire these Alignments and Actions.

Hitters Focus on Cocking their Right Elbows 6-B-3-A, Swingers focus on Cocking their Left Wrist. See 7-20

(note to OB. This makes your understanding correct and I was mistaken thinking that Hitters don't bend the Right Elbow)

Ive been doing some re research too. Having been mainly Hitting of late, Ive been really working on the right elbow or arm just pushing the Primary Lever through the shot. No sense of turn, roll, left wrist cock and uncock etc. It does cock but on its own when the right side of triangle shortens. Like a steam shovel or crane type deal. It is a simple and deadly straight method of doing things.
