I have been subscribing to Mike and Buckets movies on line. Very informative. Basically a new way of looking at the components using a medium that is most edifying. Weird, but boy do you get it.

A marriage of modern technology and kinesthetic theory not available to Homer or MacDonald (of the MacDonald drills fame).

Here is one of their licensed AI's demonstrating what they term "hip slide". Basically an on plane slide of the hips, needed for proper axis tilt. Watch this and tell me you dont understand the book in a new way.

She was in my A.I. Class out in San Diego a few years ago. We were going to re-shoot all the pictures in the book and replace Diane Reid with Hula Girl in a bikini, until Joe D. got wind of the whole thing . BBax and Sligo haven't been the same since.
