In both cases, the Left Wrist rotates -- Swivels -- from its Vertical condition to On Plane. Into the Backstroke, that rotation is 'palm down' to the Plane. Any other sensations for the Feel of this. When I get IT, the feel is hard to describe. I can just sense the ROPE HANDLE and PULLING SENSATIONS.
