I have read the video letter maybe 10 X or more and australian series a few times. but I could not find the word or statement "right arm should swing " Even if I am wrong, you need to give me an exact reason and I was hopeful you correct it, but instead you gave me another riddle . Hey if I made a mistake calling it a right arm swing, I stand corrected. However, Tommy is USING THE RIGHT FOREARM TO CONTROL THE SWING, A SWING THAT USES LONGITUDINAL ACCELERATION AND CENTIFUGAL FORCE. BOTTOM LINE. Call what you will...RIGHT ARM SWING....4 BARREL SWING...LEFT ARM SWING. On my audio cassettes of my private instruction....Tommy is instructing me to use the right forearm to start the backswing and the downswing. As far as I'm concerned at this point, the swinging stroke that Tommy taught me in 1993 was 12-2-0 from the seventh edition controlled by the Magic of the Right Forearm.....Magic of the Right Forearm is mentioned in the Letter series....in the Australia videos he calls it SWINGING. But it's all RIGHT FOREARM. The lower body is not initiating START DOWN....IT"S THE RIGHT FOREARM. In 7-19, the basis for the right arm swing is Longitudinal acceleration and loosen wrists per 7-1 and right arm acceleration per 10-3-K.....sounds like a full power 12-2-0 to me. You're agruement about a Right Arm Swing at this point....is water over the damn. Do a search on Tomasello.....and Find my three day school post on Tomasello. Please feel free to comment on it....I would read through the whole thread. I have put a number of good posts in that thread.....all direct quotes from Tommy about using the right forearm. I have more.....but don't have a full day for the next 4 months to make cassette to CD transfer. I probably won't be making any more transcripts from cassettes because I almost lost tape number 2 (had to do minor surgery to it to bring it back to life, no data lost).....the next time those tapes are played is when I do the transfer.
