While goofing around at the indoor range I made the mistake of turning my hip and driving my right arm! I made a second mistake also, of trying to use Extensor Action as a trigger, I believe. Trigger = swing thought.

Old habits/wrong habits die hard! I can see that if I just loaded the inside right foot, there would be a sufficient weight shift so I had more to drag down! I tend to forget and keep a lot of my weight on my left leg since it is shorter.

I really have to form a checklist like in the yellow book so I can practice correctly.
