Hcp: Instead of my hcp going up 5 from 2005-2010, it went down 3 last year. I want (at least) 3 more.
I hope to get a better understanding of the book as well.
Lose 10 punds weight. Stay healthy - my fingers are getting somewhat stiff and hurt a little.
