What to do with an absolute beginner?
Question: Hypothetical situation. Student comes for a lesson, has brought 2 clubs, a driver and a wedge. Knows nothing about Golf, a complete beginner. In letting the player set up with both clubs, do you.........Tell him to use the same of spine angle, same left arm position/angle in relation to ground and torso, but to change his left arm flying wedge? Or, to keep the wrist angle and his spine angle the same but to change the angle of the left arm in relation to ground and torso? Or, do you tell him to keep FLW and left arm angle the same in relation to the torso, but to change his spine angle for each club? And how would each method influence the students arm and wrist movement to swing both clubs on their ideal plane, let s say the elbow plane?
