I was thinking you might be overcooking the turn on the BS, getting off plane causing some kind of violent shift. Or, the hip action is insufficient to carry you through and running out of right arm leading to lack of "feeling" downward thrust down the plane.

Perhaps experiment with some different ball positions and aiming points? 6-E?

I suspect the wrists arent the only issues.
