I've had an experience recently that led me to believe double cocking the left and right wrist can cause a hook. It's my understanding that the only cause of a dramatic hook is a face to path aberration - so that must be the how... but what I have seen is double wrist cocking hands, along a slightly in to out path, result in a ball thats starts perfectly on line but violently hooks. So I'm having a really hard time wrapping my head around the why. And before we proceed, let me make sure I've got a few things right... it's my understanding that the left wrist must be bent before it can cock (improperly). If the left wrist is flat and vertical it can't cock improperly. Thanks in advance. Andy R View Public Profile Send a private message to Andy R Find all posts by Andy R
