Flying an airplane requires a BASIC but counterintuitive understanding and "reflex". That is, speed is controlled by the elevators and altitude is controlled by the throttle. "IF" Homer had titled TGM as "Elbow Plane Golf" , we could be at a different level. But, alas,(sigh) we are not. Best place is to go back and listen and watch Yoda because he has covered what we need to know, but, in many instances we had our mind elsewhere.
