Hinge Action refers to the Flat Left Wrist producing that Motion by remaining Vertical to one of the three Basic Planes, i.e., Horizontal, Vertical or Angled. Can someone draw me a picture of the statement above? The part that I am confused about is when it says vertical to the plane.Is there a different meaning to vertical than up and down?
