I think Yoda is referring to the fact that for the hitter there is a slight holding back of the right shoulder as the hips slide. This momentary pause allows the right arm to drive off the right shoulder and then thrust towards the ball.
I am not a hitter but that that is what I got from the video.

Does that mean that "krank" means "holding back"? It's the word "krank" I don't know. I have tried to look it up, but I didn't find out what it means.
