Its sort of sad that most people couldnt get his book. Anyways, all of those "ways" are really things that happen when reversing the swing, but in sequence. They are not initial moves or whatever. I would suggest that given 6-M-1 its ground up, like Hogan suggested , but with the proviso that it is the Hips that make the Knees appear to do what they do......with the exception of maybe a little left leg extension.
