Such a very nice man.

I bought his video, which arrived with a personal message and an invitation to ask if I needed further help or clarification.

I asked and Alex replied always; although sometimes with a little delay depending on how he was feeling following surgery.

He is a true gentleman and in my prayers at this difficult time.
