I see 2-M-3 as more relevant to either Swinging or 4 Barrel Hitting. I believe the reference to PP#4 is correct. I'm interesting in hearing thoughts from others on both parts of your question. I'm working so hard at trying to effectively learn hitting, that I haven't thought about swinging procedures in depth, but I know to become a complete teacher I will need to soon.
