Congrats with your son's trimuph! When I started playing golf I had a hard time exepting when winter arrived. I can still remember being all alone on an almost completely white golf course. White, heavy "rough" all over the place. Had to play the orange ball to have any hope of finding it. The course was located high up in the hills, so winter came a bit earlier than down in the city. But the thing I remember best was when I tried to drive up to the course a day or two later. I simply couldn't get my car up the hill on my summer tires. I only got halfway up. Backed up and took dead aim. Almost made it past the steepest part of the road on the second try. And then the car sailed back down on the ice - until it separated with the road. No damage though. Just a lesson learned. The things I was willing to go through for a round of golf back then.... __________________ Best regards, Bernt BerntR View Public Profile Send a private message to BerntR Find all posts by BerntR
