Does Hebron discuss Hitting as well as Swinging? .

Discusses Hiting only on "short" shots, believes it to be inferior to Swinging.

"When pushing forces are being applied to a mass, these forces must be applied exactly through the center of the mass to produce the same results a pulling force will automatically provide (stable mass-constant path).
