Hey Jerry1967 I have found hinge action to be a tough nut. What helped me was understanding that there are ONLY vertical hinge pins in The Golfing Machine! Example: vertical to a horizontal, inclined, or vertical plane. I think my incubator is still working on the nuances. Face control is golf's last summit! I suspect that TGM proficients are still seeing feathers with regards to hinge action.


I am very appreciative of your body of work available on this site, Yoda. You did not have to do it, but you were compelled to do it none the less. That compulsion to help has endeared you to thousands. if ever you have to move premises Bucket and I will be there with a u-haul and donuts (Bucket will supervise the move and guard the confectionaries). This according to my father is evidence that you are well liked i.e. they helped you move, unless of course it is your soon to be former neighbor! I trust that it has paid you back in infinite multiplicity squared!


I have a high regard for PGA professionals. There were several that helped my parents rear a belligerent younger Okie. Many have fallen prey to intellectual inbreeding. Often they teach based on the strength of their own expert games and bits and pieces they have picked up here and there. A mantra based on the gossimer seems as if...give it some time etc. etc. I have run afoul of a couple of pros of late. It highlights the difficulty that the pro's pros on this site face. When Mike Holder was asked recently about TGM by an acquaintance of mine his seemingly enemic response was "There are many ways to skin a cat." After refelcting on that I realize that truth is never a wholesale proposition but can only be slow released one person at a time. Otherwise TGM adherents start to sound shrill and combative. Unless of course we can find a person with great communicative powers! Where can such a person be found? Yoda, is the Golf Channel calling, yet?
