The good news is your problem should show up in Stage 1-chipping and Stage 2-pitching, so why not revisit those (I start every practice session with Stage 1 & 2) and verify your alignments, allowing the right hip to clear as a result - much like it would if you were skipping a stone.
You know I did go back to that, and there is no problem on video, until I get into the longer club 8 iron thru Driver... I don't think it is mental, it is just the fact the arc is wider because of the longer clubs and it gives my hips more time to turn on the back swing and gets me off plane. The shorter irons this does not happen, I guess the narrow stance and shorter swing the hips are not as active early.
