But he also says pitch is a beautiful thing if you can get it done. thanks Pitch is extreme, and Push is extreme. Punch is anything in-between. It's tough to move the Release Point as close to the ball as a someone using a Snap Release/Pitch Elbow. But, the Hitter can move it to an earlier or later point to manipulate speed and trajectory.
