More power type definition


Is the "release" of #4 when the angle from the left arm to the left shoulder (after it is loaded to whatever amount) starts to go the other way (ie the angle opens up / left arm moves away from the shoulder), or is the release when it reaches some other condition?

I put some comments into Bucket's stuff, but there are hard to see because the type is the same.
