Yes because the thumb is on the side of the shaft. Other than PP#4, the others are all located BEHIND the shaft.
Pressure points are not squeezed activated but rather they are the point the Power accumulator is driven. "You hit the ball with the pressure points of your hands." You drive the power accumulators into the pressure points.
