It's clear to me that you interpreted Buckets "Breakdown" of the Left Wrist as what he meant by the Breakdown of Structure. I read the Throwaway problem but thought that he was talking about something additional and something else in the Power Package Structure that would Breakdown if too much #3 Pressure Point was applied.
