I'm pretty sure she's 109, and her website has yet to be updated.
(But, from her website) She was instrumental in developing- through research and testing on patients- the pertussis vaccine (whooping cough) in the 1930’s, for which she received the prestigious Fisher Award in 1935.
She was the only woman in her medical class, as you can imagine in those days.
