I am practising d/swing and into impact today,mixed results,hit a couple of long and straight drives,best I,ve hit for a while,question is... As I got to impact,I felt that whilst I kept frozen r/wrist ,I found that I was assisting via deliberatly uncocking L/wrist also,is this practice allowable for hitters pattern,or should the R/wrist be doing the uncocking of the L/wrist.
