Homework Assignment #1 - Research Angular Kinematics...You can use Wiki Tiki if you like or "Biomechanics of Sports and Excercise" by Peter M. McGinnis...Make sure to turn to page 153 and read the definition of angular velocity...Hint...PBH beat you to it!!!

Rotational motion
