For example. is it better to drive your legs, step on the left feet etc, a good startup? Personally I try to lower my center of gravity , weight to my left side, meanwhile tightening between my left hip and right shoulder during start down to prepare the flywheel. But i think, maybe there is a better way! Ok... do not get me wrong. Of course I am saying people who already have somewhat educated hands , trying to improve the pivot zone __________________ God :God is love.
