Could someone post Ben's prefered pattern for those of us who don't have the 3rd edition?

I don't have the third edition, but I think the pattern is this based on the one lesson I had with him:

6 A

8 A

10 D
11 D
12 A
13 A
14 A
15 A
16 A
17 A
18 A
19 C
20 E
21 C
22 C
23 D
24 E


If any of the components should be different, I'm sure somebody will correct it.
