However if you do that and you release it that it is "geometrically impossible" to slice it! Right there you know he doesn't know what he is talking about! I guess if you use some vague general idea of what release means that you can put a puzzle together that says you would always arrive in an impact condition that wouldn't slice the ball. Guarantee his idea of release would make Daryl role over in his grave!

So if you take his advised grip via the hands and get the shaft on the same plane as the ideal impact shaft plane regardless of ball location?, or clubface alignment? or shaft length? or body position? that you won't slice it?

That the big problem is inconsistent backswings not allowing proper downswings? I'd accept bad backswings as half the problem - inconsistent? Don't think so - consistently bad - yes. Of course, many would think that they just need to be more consistent and not so much change their technique

All you have to do is ask a few questions and it just starts to crumble like a stale graham cracker!

Listen - most people would love this A swing - sounds good! and when I finish my book in 2017 all of those people would hate my book. have at it - just doesn't interest me. I'm sure David thinks that you have to keep it simple for most people - maybe - so for all the simple people - enjoy! But don't ask any questions unless you want the whole system to crumble. And if you do ask questions then get ready for more answers that sound pretty good yet have no basis in reality, so don't make an effort to identify them because they are not tied to reality but floating above it - unattached.
