I don't want to give you the answers because it won't help you. You need to understand the answers and be able to execute the motion using the correct alignments. If you'll take a minute to understand the motions/alignments, then I'll lead you to the answer. I'm not able to determine if you know or don't know. If you know, then good. If not, then This will help you understand. But if you don't understand this simple motion/alignment, and if you understand by the time we're finished, then tomorrow, you'll wake up a much better Golfer. When you say "Twisting - Rolling from right to left" is this what you mean?
