Practice Clip

hi all members,

i have uploaded a clip of my limited area practice today at home. im working on RFA takeaway and a hitting proceedure. in this clip im using a 3/4 backswing to a punch followthrough as im limited for room. i also practice such motions at 50% as its teaching my better feel

thoughts are much appreciated

What are you hitting into?
I'm looking for a hunk of net that won't break the bank, yet will hold up for an extended period of time.

Jerry, im hitting into noting as i have approx 20-30 ft space to work with. i use 50% swing effort but i like to see the direction of the strike. nets i hate because you just cant see flight etc
