hello…............i was at shady oaks a few years ago…...and have 2 wonderful photos “about” mr.hogan…..........................first is a photo of his scorecard from the first time he shot his age..(64)..................and the other of his double-wide locker…..the exact way it was left…after his passing…....i want to share these with anyone who would like them…........(no cost).......just email me at…........................hjacknicklaus@gmail.com ..…......................thankyou howard
as i remember..............now this was a few years back..............about 4 dozen hogan 382 balls.............some woods.......lots of personal items.....hair gel....deodorant,tings like that.........i think clothes...pants hung-up..........ahhhhhhhhh there was a hogan 382 ball laying at the bottom of the locker.....the attendant (ude) said ..."go for it" really? sure ...he used it...probably fell out of his pants pocket...................and some other items.........you might enjoy this...........in the pro shop their is a barrel.....with about 20 putters.....all used by mr.hogan during his career............ude said Howard..take one out to the putting green and sink a putt........RIGHT......ME holding hogans putter........but ive missed before...so out i went......i took the hogan ball from my pocket,and went to about 25 feet.......looked at the putt from all angles......(they were watching from the pro-shop through the window......I HAD HOGANS PUTTER......HOGANS BALL..... and i made mr hogan proud..........calm down everyone.......i picked up the ball....moved it 3 inches from the hole....and tapped it in......my entire body was shaking............as i walked into the pro shop they were all BOOOOOOOING...LOL....so much fun.............do i still have the ball??? YES.......THE PUTTER IS SAFELY IN THE BARREL................HJACK

The reason you can't sustain the lag is because you are so eager to make the club move fast (a reaction to the intent of "hitting it far"). So on a full shot you throw it away too early, which doesn't happen for your short chip. (bts)
