#8 could also be attributed to Mike Adams, Jim Suttie, and T.J. Tomasi.
However, Dr. Gary Wiren made it popular first with his Laws-Principles-Preferences, even if he did get it wrong.
Is the heave also David Lee's term for the takeaway?
///////////////////////////
Yes, The Heave is one of David Lee's terms. The first part of the takeaway is done with enough speed and energy(very brief burst) to get the club to the Top with no extra effort. In TGM...it is a Swinging, and usually Float Loading variation.
Just for conversation- I'm not really sure on the following but just throwing some ideas out without a lot of thought (Bucket - Don't go there!)
3.Keep your mind in your hands.____________Kelley I'd say Ben Doyle on this one- not Kelley
8.The LAW's of golf________________Wasn't there a book on this recently by Tomasai or Doc "Sutty"- based on body types or something. Now that I think of it- I'm sure Wiren might be correct but that "new" book seems to have a similar name
9.Swing the instrument.___________ That would be Bucket- so he tells me.
16.Swing the Bucket._______________Mike O. aka Voodoo Doctor
26.The heave______________Bucket- Yes, Yes!
29.The long putter_____________ I met a guy in Florida around 1983- used the long putter then- former Marine/Army/Navy? guy- I think he played professionally but had back or leg problems so he used the long putter. I also believe he swung all of his full shots - left hand low. Nice guy! Name is on the tip of my tongue but can't remember who it was. Maybe I can get some help here. I'm guessing he was probably 45-55 at that time- would have been in Vietnam- when he was younger.
See my post above in the quote- messed up - the above is not really Drewit's quote- but my follow-up post.

Reason: Clarification that the quote is not of Drewit but really my post
Yes, the Ball Flight Laws, I believe were by Dr. Gary Wiren, and some believe some are not quite correct. The LAW's of Golf were by Adams, Suttie, and Tomasi, and had to do with body type and flexibility, as these relate to the type of swing technique you employ...Arc, Width, or Leverage.
