TGM Bulletins
I ran across this 1982 bulletin while reorganizing my files. Does anyone have more? I'd be happy to scan and post them if anyone has copies.
(PS. The Author states that if you limit your practice to maintaining a Flat Left Wrist, many golfers will quickly break 80. He WAS NOT referring to Innercityteacher).

Uhmmm, in a sanctioned GAP Stableford event, I shot a "70" on a par 71 course using my 13.8 hcp. index. The 2.3 hcp., our club champion, shot a "76," and the 1 hcp. we played with shot a "79."
I don't plan to "break" 80, Daryl. I will shatter that barrier into a million pieces and I intend to shoot 65 (without regard to my hcp. index or the 12 strokes you have offered me) several times including in next April, while playing against you in Alabama. If you can shoot a lower score on 18 holes, I'll buy you dinner, and you'll have bragging rights until our next contest.
If you can't well, I will still enjoy your posts and friendship.

Is nothing sacred? Is there a post you haven't jacked?
First, if you go to Alabama, you'll be playing "Willie" because I'll be at Cuscowilla in Georgia. It's close to Alabama but you don't have to hide in the car. I guess Alabama is a lot like Philly.
Second, you won't be playing 57 rounds of golf between now and then. I predict a very harsh winter and late spring for Philadelphia this year.
At Cuscowilla, you'll shoot 88 from the Tips against my 70-72. I'd be very happy for you if you break 85. You just get there; I'll by dinner and I'll rent the Cottage. You'll be my Guest. We'll play golf, drink, eat, play cards and smoke cigars with our Cognac while talking Politics. Leave the women and children at home.

Hopefully, there will be a much different Congress by then. I used to play Bridge. But I think everyone plays Pinochle. When you say "FLW," are we talking flat on plane as the downswing happens, or flat as in the face of the club turning at right angles to the impact point?

You have me confused with "Bucket". I'm offering Hospitality.
