Pronation(Counter Clockwise) turning of the right forearm
Ok, I have heard this mentioned in a few places before and have had trouble grasping how this is done. Is it required? What does it do? How can doing it help someone who doesn't. I guess I should say I am very new to TGM, and haven't really tried incorporating it since everything I try and read looks like a different language. However since I have been struggling for some time now, I am opening to give it a try, and I thought asking this question would be a good start. I saw a video by Dan Shauger on Youtube that had a few seconds about this. I know he is different from TGM teaches, but both methods seem to incorporate flat left wrist, and since my swing flaw is a push slice, flattening out the left wrist definitely seems like it would help. Thanks
