What exactly is the difference between Peck (10-3-F) and Pause (10-3-J) Minor Basic Strokes?
Both are described as pecking motions and the pictures of 10-3-F #2 and 10-3-J look almost identical.
Do both require a Flat Left Wrist through Impact? (I guess the answer is yes, but I find that quite difficult to do with a „Wrist-Action-Only“ type of stroke and Horizontal Hinging for 10-3-F. And I find it almost impossible to do with the Right Arm driving hard against the stationary left Wrist fulcrum for 10-3-J.)
Pause is described as having almost no Follow-through. But with a „Wrist-Action-Only“ type of stroke (Peck) there cannot be a lot of Follow-through, either.
