How long of a backswing is ideal for hitting?
I'm reading through various posts and countless times I have read less back swing, shorter back swing, etc etc.

So I'm wondering how long of a back swing is ideal for a hitter?

To the Top (not End) of the Backstroke . . .

Right Shoulder high (and On Plane).
