why am I going left all the time
Hi all,I have been using hitters pattern for some months now,I have been hitting ball like an arrow, but for some reason I have started pulling all shots left .
Is there a common fault in hitters pattern that could do this, luckily,I can goto swingers pattern ,but I want to remain hitter, any help please..Thanks in advance..

It might be a problem common to swingers and hitters. Namely a too flat shoulder plane on the downswing causing roundhousing.
Is your plane line out to in? Make sure your trailing shoulder is moving down and on plane. Try a couple of start down waggles then hit one. I do two waggles after each pulled shot, sort of a punishment but an instant fix too.
Ted taught me to imagine a number "7" being painted by my right shoulder on the back wall of his hitting garage/lab/think tank/station/thing. The flat part being drawn on the back stroke the diagonal and down part on the downswing.
For me swinging or hitting its the right shoulder that pushes the bent right arm down on the turned shoulder plane and through the shot.
Dont want to sound like Madonna or anything here but punish yourself with the waggles and learn to love it like I do.

In an effort to "hit" with your right arm, you inadvertantly straighten it to soon, which causes your right arm to get on top, instead of the desired punch position.
Hitting or swinging the right arm works underneath. If it doesn't, provided other alignments are solid, your ball will be a pull to a flat out smother hook.
My advice is to monitor PP1 and PP3

Problem Solved
Thanks Guys,my problem turned out to be simply that I was "off plane" in backswing, virtually going straight back and not going back and in,thanks to this great TGM system I isolated problem by dissecting swing components.

" I was "off plane" in backswing, virtually going straight back and not going back and in"
Fantastic!! But, ever think of why you did that? Otherwise, it's gonna creep back.

reason for going left
Thanks BTS,I do know now, upon further scrutiny,my clubshaft alignments were out of whack,I was not in line from the word "GO". My hands were too low at impact fix and simply "not in line",now back to hitting darts "CONFIDENTLY"
Now working on alignments for swinging, thanks for your input.

No problem.

But, again, why?
Don't you want to " hit it straight"?

Illusion and solution

Well, I believe when you try to "hit it straight", not only your shoulders and arms tends to react to that intent and move above (or outside) the swing plane to line up behind the ball (for sending it straight), which shifts the plane line from parallel to the target line toward the left of the target, but also you tend to square the clubface at impact , which leaves it facing to the left at separation.
The solution? Get over that illusion. Trust your setup and swing. Don't worry about hitting it to the target or where the ball is gonna go. "Hit the ball to the target without thinking of hitting the ball to the target".
Or, Can't get over the ball and the target. Then, instead of hitting it straight behind the ball, hit it to the right at the inside corner.
Good luck.
