The One Plane Swing is "Swinging". It's a Double Plane Shifting Rotated Shoulder Turn Elbow Plane Pivot controlled Hands Procedure. I decided to use the One Plane method as I have always swung the club in a rotary fashion so it seemed a good fit. No doubt in time I will find a more refined method using TGM.
