Impact Fix as Nepalese Sherpa
Are you hitting or swinging?

Let impact fix guide you as to the amount of right wrist bend you need to support a FLV left wrist. I like to start from a form of fix (I generally swing) so as to NEVER disturb me wedges. Adding bend to the right wrist as Bucket said will cause the left wrist to arch. Keep the right wrist frosty. You can talk to an arched left wrist but a bent one don’t listen! Flat is optimal. It is not so much where the elbow is pointing, but whether or not it is supporting the loading! “It is not an elbow thing, but a loading thing.” - Yoda

Check out your own picture of Nicklaus at the top of his backswing (St. Andrews 18th tee) His elbow looks to be flying, but his flying wedges ain’t lying! Was it you?
