Look at Lynn's avator- that is impact fix. That is IMPACT position. Lets look at the left wrist and #2&3 Accumulators. #2- uncock and #3- roll. Just let that happen- throw the club and roll into impact via pivot and swivel. A swinger never holds on or holds back #2&3 power accumulators. Only Mark Evershed wants the right wrist to remain bent throughout the stroke but he combines a Hitter's thrust with a Swinger's pivot.
