We joke about having a cult-like following, calling ourselves Kool-aid drinkers. I still laugh each time I see it. But following the definition of a cult, we do impose excessive control over our members: that would be BALL CONTROL.
I’ve told you before and I’ll tell you again, you are the John the Baptist of TGM. As Jesus was proud of him, I’m sure Homer would be proud of you. In order to be a leader, you have to have a following. There’s no question that you have that! Your teaching of TGM isn’t going to get anyone into heaven, but they’ll enjoy their stay here much more.
