Sarazen and PP#1
 

Do you think Gene Sarazen with his wrap around left thumb outside the right palm technically employed PP#1?

This not a trick question! I am just wondering if Homer specifically states that PP#1 is the cup of the right hand over the left thumb.
Or if left thumb on shaft by itself or right palm on the shaft by itself suffice for PP#1

1) The heel of the Right Hand where it touches either the Left Hand thumb or the Clubshaft (as required by the Grip used).
