Wrist Throw . . . Automatic or Non-Automatic???

Yo . . . . is the wrist throw more compatible with Non-Automatic Release or Automatic? Or both?

depends where you release it .

The smaller the accumulator 2-3 the "more" automatic .

The shallower the plane the less automatic.

Non-automatic.

Its a manoeuvre designed to differentiate between Pace and Rhythm.

Wrist throw is either.... it is something that just has to happen in a swingers stroke - automatic or non-automatic.... otherwise you aren't swinging....
