Right elbow position
Does a position of the right elbow at the top as if the right hand tries to pull an arrow out of a quiver mean a "loaded right elbow"?

The "loading of the right elbow" is the hitters procedure . . . drive loading. Your loading the ENTIRE primary lever assembly left arm and club. Thus your elbow is typically in a punch position. So at the top you are loading your right elbow inorder to DRIVE (push) the primary lever assembly out with your right tricep . . . like delivering a punch. |
Right elbow position
Many thanks for Your answer 12 piece! I feel that my best shots are fired when I experience that my right elbow point is more or less directed outwardly- forwardly at the top, which position is enhanced by a left forearm rotation

I think so. You cannot Hit from a Pitch Elbow Position. Only Slap. |
