Right Forearm supporting the Plane
A long time ago I thought I heard that the right forearm supports the left arm and thus the plane. Is this true?
And if this is true, does it support it at 90* to plane? And if that is true does that mean the upper body tilt is 90* to plane? because many times I have heard 'look how well his right forarm matches his spine at the top' Tommy |
Right forearm supporting the plane
Dear readers! As a newcomer in the TGM society I am not the person to do analyses according to the TGM book(which I have recently accquired). However, the feeling of the right hand leading the arm out to the right field, bypassing a steady right hip, with the club following, and resulting in a decent draw is the greatest Aha experience I have ever had. Therefore I do not occupy myself with plane thoughts but with a feeling of the club lagging behind the hands, producing a hit I have never ever experienced . I sincerely believe that a detailed row of technical thoughts may destroy a swing. Therefore I myself just try to promote a feel of my hands leading the swing from the inside and abolish those geometric thoughts that may create a deceleration in the downswing.Am I wrong, or?
