Alignment Golf DVD

AWESOME!!!

In the middle of the 1st DVD VJ Trolio says that a teacher could build an entire teaching philosophy around the first half of the DVD.

NO KIDDING!!!

The work Yoda and VJ did is changing my entire teaching thought process and manner. Finally, I feel like I can help a student without just guessing and praying that I have found a motion that helps...

I have enjoyed my attempt at learning the basics of TGM, and this DVD finally is making it click for me. I am recommending this DVD to every one of my students after getting them started with the education of their hands at impact.

Thanks again, PURE GOLD!

Kevin

Thanks, Kevin. Alignment Golf is now into its 'second printing', and I've begun a program for professional distribution. I'll shoot you a PM to tell you how it works.

Getting All Your Ducks in Alignment

Kevin,

I sold six DVD before they came through my pro shop door. I offered a free half hour lesson with each purchase. My customers know that I recomend the DVD's and they will learn from them (because this is what I teach), they get a free lesson to explain what they may not quite grasp at this point (they know I stand behind the presentation), and I know that there will be follow up lessons (this is the light at the end of the tunnel). It is a Win-Win for all fo us :) !

KevCarter 11-27-2008 09:59 PM

Sounds great!!!

Happy Thanksgiving.

Kevin

Alignment DVD

I agree wholeheartedly with KevCarter's take on these dvd's. Kev has been a great help to me in my search for ways to teach my high school team some swing fundamentals. After viewing Kev's copy of Alignment, I ordered my own. I then called another friend who is a teaching pro/high school coach and he ordered them online while I was raving over the phone about the pearls found in Alignment.
Concepts, demonstrations, drills, common language.... Brother, I am in heaven.

anything that spreads the word of G.O.L.F. is welcome.

What Yoda and VJ have done is found a way to present it in an easy to understand way.

Why don't we wait until October. That way we know the Sox will still be playing, unlike that team from NY.

SwingNorthtoSouth 12-02-2008 02:26 PM

Yeah, October will be good. Probably NE will still be in contention. Looks like they shot themselves in the foot like the Giants.:crybaby: :laughing9

I will add another voice to the accolades.

This DVD-TGM lesson is brilliant beyond written description (from a person who is not usually reticent about using too many words to describe his personal opinions).

Brilliant! Brilliant ! Brilliant!

It's a must buy!

Jeff.

Yoda 12-07-2008 12:04 PM

Thanks, Jeff!

I'm a little excited right now so excuse my enthusiasm if it seems I'm all over the place. :D

After some skillful negotiations and a lot of pleading I got to open one of my Christmas presents today! Alignment Golf is now mine! 1/2 of the way through the first CD I had to take some of the new info to range... How to keep the left wrist flat and the right elbow takeaway part is exactly what I needed. The ball sounded so nice coming off those forged irons.

I've learned more about "educating the hands" in the first 40 minutes than I could comprehend in all the various forums and videos. Also all the TGM info I have tried to comprehend is starting to make sense now! Still got a long way to go but it's starting to make sense!

Wahoooo! Thanks Lynn and THANK YOU SANTA!

yoda, how many knuckles do you see at the end of your swing? did you say on the tape (as you called it) that you wanted the right hand grip more in the palm? good job, glad i bought the tape. (yeh, i am old too.)

Which end, Joe?

The Top (10-21-A) or the End (10-21-C)? Or . . .

The Finish (Station 3, 12-3)?

I'm not 'high-hatting' you. I am only discerning what you truly mean. At the same time, I am making the point that the precision terminoloy of TGM allows us to converse without need of visual demonstration.

Joe,

The Wristcock is a perpendicular Motion (4-0; 4-B) . . .

Executed on an Inclined Plane.

The number of knuckes you will see at Top is dependent entirely on the position of the Left Hand Grip at Fix. The more knuckles you see at Fix, the more knuckles you will see at Top.

Lynn, a friend from Germany is buying me this DVD series for Xmas. She can only use her credit card apparently but then can't use my address so it's sent straight here.

Is there a way around this mate?

JohnThomas1 12-19-2008 09:56 AM

She's mailed you apparently.

Cheers
