Should we use Tom Tomsello swing video?
Hi Yoda,
I really enjoyed Tomasello simple swing mechanics in his free videos section here... But I read in another post where you advocated that the pivot starts the start down motion not the arms down as Tom suggests...... Which is correct??? thanks, Jim |

10-20-B Right Arm Trigger....muscles of the right forearm 10-20-C Right Shoulder Trigger 10-20-D Muscles of both Forearms 10-20-E Wrist Throw - starting the club down per the left wrist. From my instruction with Tommy....he only recommended 10-20-A with putting and/or chip shots. I use Tommy's instruction exclusively and it works. You'll learn great things from both Tom Tomasello and Lynn Blake, both world class instructors. DG |
It does work!...
Thanks DG...
I tried Tommy's swinging method and it hits ball striaght and far....and fits in with what we learn here... Hey if it works why not! * What is the trigger for 10-20-A? Jimma |
Can you use more then one trigger?

At Full Speed

When you see Tommy swing at full speed do you see a delayed right hip. I would go back and watch the whole "Chapter" series....I have been watching Tommy's "Chapter" series video for approximately 15 years...and I watched it a few hundred times before I could say I haven't learned anything new from this video. For the LBG audience, it's 9 seperate videos. BTW, Tommy gave me the full un-edited video as I left his Myrtle Beach studio on Friday October 22nd 1993. I'm really glad it's had a positive impact on the G.O.L.F community. With Tommy's videos ya got to seperate drill recommendations from the final product...of all the videos I've seen of Tommy....he was always coming up with a drill to help the golfer feel and see the correct alignment and/or motion. Tommy was the drill master. DG |
I'm not saying anything negative about the man or method, just saying it caused some confusion based on one viewing.
